Hi, I’m Shanzah. I am a designer and art director based in Orange County, California, passionate about transforming ideas that appear simple into experiences that resonate. My work spans branding, editorial, motion, and digital design, guided by a curiosity for how design can connect people, stories, and ideas.

I approach each project with a balance of creativity and intentionality, exploring color, type, and composition to craft visuals that feel thoughtful, cohesive, and unexpected. Outside of design, I find inspiration in quiet details, from the perfect cup of tea to the fleeting moments that most people overlook.

Collaboration, experimentation, and storytelling are at the heart of my practice, and I am always eager to explore new ideas, tools, and ways to make design meaningful.

Here are a few of my sketchbooks.
Hover over them to learn something new about me. Each one hides a tiny surprise.

The only thing you’ll always find in my bag is NYX Cold Brew Lip Liner with my sketchbook. I did end up using the lip liner to sketch a landscape.
I have a sketch in here of a plaster bust of my face that I sculpted, which is in my room.
Only female artists ever make my Spotify Wrapped, I’m proud of it if you can’t tell. Every year, I commemorate it by sketching my top 5 in here.
I got runover by a bike when I was 7, and by a person when I was 14. This has nothing to do with sketchbooks just weird it happened twice.
I’ve rewatched 27 Dresses over 100 times (might have been in the span of 4 months), and sketched scenes from it in here.
I am a Bravoholic (Top faves: RHOLSC & Vanderpump Rules), while I binging those I finished this book.
